    The above-named brokerage firm hereby registers the above-named prospective purchaser for the broker participation fee being offered at this real estate auction. If the prospective purchaser is the successful bidder and signs the terms and conditions to purchase this property the day of the auction, the brokerage firm shall be paid a 1% fee at the final settlement of the real estate.

    Barr/Davis Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to not accept registration letters from any brokerage firm for any prospective purchaser that was not introduced to the property by the brokerage firm. No broker will be recognized to register any prospective buyer that has been in contact with auctioneers or seller prior to registration, or neighbors of the subject property. To qualify for the broker participation fee, the broker/salesperson or licensed representative from their company must attend the auction with the prospective purchaser. Real estate brokers and agents may not register themselves or affiliate companies for the broker participation fee.

    It is understood that the brokerage firm represents the buyer, not the seller in this transaction. The brokerage firm agrees to release Barr/Davis Auctioneers, LLC and the seller from any and all claims or expenses which may arise out of actions or representations made by brokerage firm in connection with the auction and sale of this property. This signed registration letter must be received by Barr/Davis Auctioneers, LLC 48 hours prior to auction to qualify for the 1% broker participation fee offered. Announcements, terms and conditions the day of the auction take precedence over all printed materials.
